Field preparation of trophies and delivery to local taxidermist/ shipping agent;
All accommodation and catering
Daily cleaning and laundry services
Value added tax (15% on daily rates)
PRICES QUOTED ARE EXCLUSIVE OF:
Transport costs from abroad to Hosea Kutako International Airport, Windhoek and back, and Airport Taxes;
Optional travel by aircraft from Kutako International Airport, Windhoek to any other destination in Namibia or elsewhere and back;
Transfer costs to and from hunting area
Hunting License Fees;
All Alcoholic and soft drinks
International phone calls and faxes;
Insurance and medical expenses of any kind;
Taxidermist fees and the shipping of trophies;
Import permits and fees required by countries other than Namibia;
Gratuities to lodge staff;
Trophy fees for game wounded or taken and lost;
Accommodation expenses before and after the scheduled trophy hunting period;
Sight seeing excursions other than on the properties operated by LA BIPS SAFARIS
